Shipping Time:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery times generally range between 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the product.

- Fast Shipping (where available): Delivery time is usually 5 to 8 business days.

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and unforeseen factors such as weather delays, ustoms processing, carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs:

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise specified.

- Fast shipping may incur additional fees, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

- The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations:

- We currently ship to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, United States Turkiye and Venezuela. If your country is not listed, please contact us for more information on potential shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking:

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order status via the carrier’s website or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Customs and Import Duties:

- Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.

- These fees may vary depending on the destination country, so please check with your local customs office for details.

Address Accuracy

- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address corrections.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe retrieval of the package.

RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

 

Returns:

- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.

- Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items or if you received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Due to the nature of our business model, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including personalized or custom-made products and perishable goods.

  

Return Shipping:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

- We will provide you with return instructions once your return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.

- You may be asked to provide photos or a video of the damage for us to assess and resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds 

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations:

- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can cancel orders as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
